Partners with the CEO and senior leaders on strategy, systems change, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational development. Manage B2B sales for the Franchise Division, meet monthly PEO sales quotas, generate leads, present proposals, and close new business. Lead sales team members across projects, support alliance partners at events and tradeshows, manage client files and administrative workflows, optimize SOPs, and serve as a remote brand ambassador. The role requires strategic service sales experience, strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to develop sales plans and supervise evolving projects.
