Drive net-new sales and revenue growth for commercial and mid-market accounts within a geographic territory. Owns post-sale onboarding for Fastpath Assure customers, managing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering while translating GRC objectives into onboarding plans. Ensures customers understand access governance, segregation of duties, certifications, workflows, and audit reporting, while improving onboarding processes and time to value.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of endpoint privilege management products within Delinea’s identity security platform. Partners with engineering, marketing, UX, support, customers, and analysts to prioritize features, shape go-to-market strategy, validate market needs, and grow enterprise SaaS products. Requires expertise in cloud security, endpoint technologies, PAM, and enterprise IT environments.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud applications and client-installed agents using C# and .NET. Own platform integrations, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and costs, improve testing and automation, and uphold software security and quality. Collaborate with product, architecture, UX, support, and customers; contribute to technical and architectural decisions; and mentor engineers. The role also requires polyglot development across integrations and familiarity with cloud security, PAM, Azure, CI/CD, and automation practices.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud backend services that power LLM-based features (inference, RAG, agents, evals). Own reliability, availability, performance, and capacity for production SaaS services across Azure, AWS, and a FedRAMP High environment. Designs, secures, and operates scalable Azure infrastructure hosting global SaaS products. Responsibilities include cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes platform operations, reliability and observability, SLO ownership, capacity planning, cost optimization, compliance with FedRAMP and other standards, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, progressive delivery, automation, and self-service tooling. The role also leads design reviews, resolves complex platform incidents, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own Delinea’s platform narrative, product messaging, competitive positioning, naming, analyst relations, and sales enablement across AI, workforce, and workload identity business units. Lead the product marketing practice through standards, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional governance. Develop cybersecurity and identity market positioning, integrate acquired products, guide competitive intelligence, and influence roadmap and pricing decisions through buyer, win-loss, and analyst insights.

Owns net-new sales into strategic accounts with annual revenue exceeding $20 billion. Responsibilities include prospecting, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging C-level stakeholders, managing pipelines and forecasts, negotiating contracts, exceeding quotas, developing account strategies, and collaborating with marketing, sales, channel, and alliance teams. The remote role requires travel of up to 50% for customer visits, field events, and internal meetings.

Lead a hands-on Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps team supporting production SaaS environments across Azure and AWS. Own availability, observability, automation, incident response, on-call operations, disaster recovery, and reliability improvements. The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, presenting to executive and technical audiences, and closing six-figure cybersecurity transactions. It is remote but requires 30–40% travel and an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI or full-scope polygraph.

Drive zero-to-one AI product development focused on identity security, authorization, and privileged access. Translate market trends into features, own initiatives from discovery through launch, conduct research with security stakeholders, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success. The role requires understanding IAM, PAM, IGA, enterprise security, AI/ML concepts, agent-enabled systems, compliance, privacy, and scalable product delivery.

Build AI agent discovery across Azure, endpoints, and future AWS and Google Cloud environments. Assess agent configurations, access, and security risks, then integrate findings with Delinea’s identity and attribution platform for governance. Extend existing discovery services, collaborate with platform teams, and solve complex backend engineering problems using cloud APIs and modern backend languages.

Build integrations that discover, identify, and govern AI agents across third-party platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. Retrieve native identity signals, integrate them with Delinea’s identity layer, and govern agents through provider APIs and attestation. Improve shared discovery capabilities while using connector patterns, OAuth, token exchange, and event-based ingestion. The role requires substantial backend engineering experience, strong integration skills, and familiarity with cloud, AI agent, security, or identity ecosystems.

Serve as CMOs strategic partner and marketing COO, owning systems, data, processes, lead-to-opportunity workflows, pipeline inspection, executive/board reporting, and a near-shore data governance team to ensure data quality, forecasting, and scalable pipeline generation.

Owner of Delinea's global quoting and deal approval process: define roadmap, reduce AE friction, lead Salesforce ARM implementation, support Steelbrick coexistence, manage approval governance, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and AI-enhanced automation.

Owns end-to-end partner transactional processes and partner portal configuration, driving automation and AI roadmap, KPIs/SLAs, vendor and IT requirements, and cross-functional alignment to remove friction and improve partner deal flow.

Design, build, and own the Fastpath Assure connector for NetSuite (primary) and Oracle EBS/Cloud. Develop SuiteScript, saved searches, data extraction logic, and PL/SQL integration components. Drive roadmap, troubleshoot customer environments, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor engineers, and contribute customer-facing content and webinars.
