Automate end-to-end funnel with LLMs and agents, instrument attribution and pipeline metrics, prototype internal tools rapidly, partner across marketing, sales, and RevOps, and grow a team of GTM engineers focused on automation and measurable pipeline outcomes.

Own end-to-end retention and success for a portfolio of public sector SaaS accounts: onboard, drive adoption, conduct EBRs, mitigate churn, manage renewals and procurement, coordinate cross-functionally, support growth, and mentor junior CSMs.

The Account Executive will drive sales in State, Local, and Education markets, focusing on data privacy solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, client qualification, negotiation, and coordination with internal resources, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Manage SMB customer lifecycle to reduce churn and drive renewals. Maintain billing/subscription accuracy, Salesforce data cleanliness, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Account Executives on upsells, contracts, and offboarding. Serve as voice of the customer, support product adoption, and help optimize accounts through ongoing engagement and project coordination.

Own and grow a portfolio of reseller partnerships, drive joint deals and co-sell motion, recruit and enable new partners, develop joint business plans and co-marketing, represent DeleteMe at partner events, and track partner performance and ROI. Bonus: experience in public sector partner transactions.

Build and run DeleteMe's public sector marketing programs: manage events, create federal/state-specific content, enable sales with capture materials, support RFI/RFP responses, track event ROI and pipeline influence.

Sell DeleteMe's privacy SaaS to state, local, and education (SLED) customers. Drive pipeline through lead generation and MEDDPICC-based qualification, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally to meet legal/security requirements, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and pursue customer expansion and referrals.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee consumer retention and engagement programs, focusing on enhancing the customer lifecycle through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
