Provide administrative HR support including onboarding, recordkeeping, recruitment assistance, payroll/timekeeping support, employee communications, training/event coordination, compliance monitoring, and ad hoc HR projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage invoicing and payments by generating accurate invoices and credit memos, verifying billing data, recording incoming payments, reconciling accounts, handling billing inquiries, supporting collections, assisting with month-end close and financial reporting, and maintaining organized billing records for audits and compliance.

Build and maintain full web application lifecycle: design responsive front-ends, implement back-end APIs, manage databases, write tests, automate CI/CD deployments, and collaborate with designers and product managers.

Record daily financial transactions, manage AP and AR, reconcile bank statements, process payroll (Gusto/ADP), produce monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L), and maintain organized audit trails and receipts.

Provide remote clinical and administrative support to medical practices: virtual scribing with SOAP notes, prescription refill management, lab coordination, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient triage, telehealth facilitation, and post-visit follow-up, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication and accurate EHR documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain relational database systems; write and optimize SQL/T-SQL/PL/SQL queries and stored procedures; ensure data integrity, security, backup and recovery; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; collaborate with developers and document systems.

Serve as the primary patient-facing contact handling check-in/check-out, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, medical records release, referrals, and patient education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and EHR accuracy.
