Design, build, and modernize full-stack features: REST APIs in Java/Spring Boot, data access and SQL Server performance, React/TypeScript frontend in a pnpm monorepo, legacy ColdFusion migration, containerized deployments on AWS/Kubernetes, and testing across unit, integration, and UI layers. Mentor teammates and define engineering patterns across backend, frontend, and platform.

Own and execute demand strategy for a program area: build integrated multi-channel programs, run experiments, optimize campaigns, manage budgets and vendors, align cross-functional teams, and report on pipeline and revenue impact.

Own test planning, exploratory and risk-based testing, and automation across sprints. Partner with product teams to define acceptance criteria, maintain test environments, contribute to regression suites, surface defects, and develop a testing specialization (automation, API, performance, security, or release coordination).

Manage health and performance of product databases: schema design, permissions, backups/recovery, failover clustering, performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team support for releases and customer issues. Participate in on-call rotation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and product-level data architectures. Improve pipeline performance and data freshness, lead code/design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to make data reliable and accessible.

Own and optimize Daxko's HubSpot environment and MarTech stack, lead integrations (Salesforce, CDP, BI, paid media), maintain tracking and automation hygiene, support ABM infrastructure, run testing and analytics, evaluate marketing technologies, and create documentation and enablement for the marketing team.
