Serve as primary client liaison for database marketing programs, coordinating requirements with programming and analytics teams, troubleshooting issues, QCing deliverables, leading meetings, documenting requirements, and supporting billing and reporting.

The Programmer Analyst will monitor processes, execute quality checks on data, update documentation, and improve reporting for marketing analytics.

Provide IT support for Windows desktops/laptops, servers, VOIP phones and peripherals; troubleshoot OS and applications; perform remote support, patching and deployments; monitor systems, manage assets and tickets; document procedures; participate in after-hours on-call rotation; maintain audited environment processes; collaborate with team and end users.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms, manage Intune device policies, perform imaging and lifecycle support, troubleshoot identity/email/device issues, support AD/Azure AD, track incidents in Jira, create runbooks, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams.

Act as liaison between client teams and internal departments to coordinate campaign production, manage client assets and requests, monitor QA, document processes, support billing and reporting, and learn basic SQL and production tools (FTP, MoveIT, JIRA, Wiki).

The Account Manager will engage clients, manage key accounts, oversee team collaboration, ensure program execution, and drive business growth.

The Data Scientist will build and maintain predictive models, analyze patterns in data, and design analytic procedures to aid business strategies.
