The role requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, measurement and conversion skills, organization, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and work around temperature extremes and cleaning chemicals.

Manages dining room operations and serving staff in a senior living community. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, coaching, service oversight, cleanliness and sanitation, food presentation, staffing, inventory readiness, customer service, table setting, order taking, dish clearing, and supporting dishwashing. Ensures efficient, courteous dining service while maintaining company quality and budget standards.
