Lead and grow Cyberhaven’s Technical Account Management team, establishing operating models, coverage strategies, metrics, playbooks, and customer engagement processes. Oversee technical customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal, manage escalations, support adoption and deployment, and contribute to renewals and expansions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Experience, and Sales to communicate customer feedback, improve diagnostics, conduct root-cause reviews, and strengthen security SaaS customer success.

Own the technical relationship for assigned customers, overseeing deployment, configuration, integrations, adoption, health, and technical outcomes. Advise Security, IT, and operations stakeholders; troubleshoot endpoint, SaaS, and integration issues; manage escalations with Engineering; conduct technical reviews; guide upgrades and environment changes; and communicate customer feedback to Product and Operations. Maintain success plans, documentation, and best-practice resources while supporting renewals, expansions, and risk mitigation.
