Develop, test, debug, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications in mainframe environments. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, troubleshoot systems, ensure code quality, and document technical specifications and processes. The role also involves supporting existing applications, following data standards, and communicating effectively with clients and vendors.

Assess financial management systems, applications, integrations, databases, and architectures; identify consolidation and modernization opportunities; translate business requirements into technical solutions; develop future-state architectures, migration strategies, and implementation roadmaps; analyze risks, dependencies, data flows, and technical debt; and prepare technical recommendations and executive briefings for government and business stakeholders.

Analyzes financial management systems, processes, data, architectures, and organizational capabilities to support enterprise consolidation and modernization. The role gathers requirements, evaluates accounting, payroll, workforce management, reporting, and integration environments, identifies gaps and risks, develops future-state models and transformation recommendations, and contributes to consolidation strategies and implementation roadmaps. It also prepares executive briefings and collaborates with government, business, technical, and program stakeholders on governance, change management, shared services, and transition planning.

Design, develop, and implement OneStream financial management solutions: data integrations, cubes, workflows, dashboards, business rules. Gather requirements, support testing and UAT, deliver training, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to meet financial reporting needs in a federal environment.

Perform QA for OneStream/EPM implementation supporting a DoD client: plan and execute SIT/UAT and regression testing; develop test cases and scripts; validate configurations, integrations, calculations, workflows, and reports; manage defects and traceability; support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation.

Primary coordination lead between implementation teams and agency stakeholders to facilitate communication, track dependencies, manage risks and action items, support governance and readiness activities (requirements, SIT/UAT, training, deployment), and provide status reporting to project leadership and PMO.

Supports SAP S/4HANA HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods implementations for a DoD modernization initiative. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional design and configuration, hazardous-material master data management, integration across SAP logistics modules, data migration, testing, defect resolution, regulatory compliance, documentation, training, and stakeholder workshops.
