Primary coordination lead between implementation teams and agency stakeholders to facilitate communication, track dependencies, manage risks and action items, support governance and readiness activities (requirements, SIT/UAT, training, deployment), and provide status reporting to project leadership and PMO.

Capture, organize, govern, and maintain program knowledge and documentation across implementation, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition. Administer document repositories, create SOPs and training materials, ensure version control and audit readiness, coordinate with PMO and stakeholders, support knowledge transfer, training, and sustainment activities to enable operational handoff and long-term adoption.

Perform QA for OneStream/EPM implementation supporting a DoD client: plan and execute SIT/UAT and regression testing; develop test cases and scripts; validate configurations, integrations, calculations, workflows, and reports; manage defects and traceability; support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation.

Support definition, validation, testing, and stabilization of mission-critical data integrations and interfaces across source systems, staging, transformation layers, and reporting platforms. Perform source-to-target validation, reconciliations, interface testing, cutover readiness, production stabilization, issue triage, and documentation to ensure accurate federal financial reporting.

Support PMO functions for a DoD client: maintain RAID logs and action trackers, produce executive reports and dashboards, consolidate workstream status, coordinate meetings, monitor schedules and milestones, assist readiness/ATO activities, and maintain project repositories and PMO processes.

Design, develop, and implement OneStream financial management solutions: data integrations, cubes, workflows, dashboards, business rules. Gather requirements, support testing and UAT, deliver training, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to meet financial reporting needs in a federal environment.

Serve as a DoD financial systems functional analyst supporting requirements, configuration validation, testing, data conversion/validation, trading partner reconciliations, GTAS/USSGL/Treasury compliance, DFAS reporting, UAT, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support to modernize and implement financial systems.

The Senior Financial Management Analyst supports financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance within DoW/DoD systems, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity.

Develop, maintain, and support COBOL applications on mainframe systems. Design, code, test, debug, and troubleshoot programs, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, ensure code quality, and document technical specifications and processes.

The Senior Developer will use Mainframe IDMS and COBOL skills to design, develop, and modify software systems while ensuring software standards are met.
