Supports digital marketing campaigns for music artists by assisting with campaign strategy, social media seeding, influencer and media research, content sourcing, trend monitoring, performance tracking, budget monitoring, audience engagement, and administrative reporting. Creates and posts short-form content, develops engaging headlines and captions, analyzes campaign metrics, and maintains tracking spreadsheets and documentation.

Support daily administration of a global music catalog: register songs with the U.S. Copyright Office, compile metadata and audio assets, reconcile neighboring rights statements, review agreements to record revenue splits, resolve ownership conflicts via outreach, and maintain rights data in Salesforce.

Support artist growth by creating and managing fan/edit pages, sourcing and editing short-form viral content, posting daily, monitoring engagement and trends, and helping grow organic fan communities across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.

The Director of Program Management will oversee cross-functional execution of programs, align teams, manage dependencies, and drive organizational change in software and tech environments.
