Leads the cyber claims function, overseeing claims adjudication, coverage investigations, litigation, reserves, reinsurance reporting, and complex claim resolution. Manages claims professionals, external response teams, and legal counsel while ensuring regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational efficiency. Develops KPIs, controls, audits, and process improvements; monitors claim trends and costs; communicates with policyholders, brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders; and supports team development and strategic initiatives.

Handle and adjust cyber insurance claims including coverage analysis, investigation, incident response, reserve evaluation, management of defense/coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, claim disposition, and client/broker communications and presentations.

Lead cyber incident response engagements from scoping through recovery across multi-system environments. Coordinate claims teams, breach counsel, forensic providers, policyholders, and other stakeholders; oversee investigations, manage timelines and scope creep, translate forensic findings for technical, legal, and executive audiences, and handle legally sensitive materials. The role also contributes to incident response methodologies, playbooks, and tooling.
