The Cybersecurity Operations Associate is responsible for security tooling operation, incident response, vulnerability management, and automation through scripting, focusing on enhancing security measures.

Lead security tooling operations, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and scripting/automation. Evaluate and deploy security technologies, mentor junior staff, remediate vulnerabilities, and leverage threat intelligence to reduce attack surface and improve organizational security posture.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security platforms and identity solutions across hybrid environments. Modernize IAM and identity governance, enhance email security, collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams, automate controls using scripting and APIs, and provide secure-by-design engineering guidance.

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, wireless, VPNs and monitoring. Deploy new office network hardware, perform cabling and ISP turn-up, and participate in change management. Provide operational support for Cisco ISE and Firepower environments, troubleshoot using packet-capture tools, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and End User Services teams.

Manage client service experience, prepare financial reports, provide strategic consulting, and oversee deliverables for high-net-worth clients.
