Define technical roadmaps, set code quality standards, drive architecture and technical debt resolution, collaborate with Product and Design, make technology decisions, lead hiring and interviews, and research new tools to solve complex problems while advocating for engineering priorities and timely feature delivery.

The Principal Sales Engineer will act as a technical advisor, conducting demos, addressing client requirements, and supporting the sales team to enhance sales processes.

Lead and manage customer onboarding and implementations of Cordial's platform. Drive project timelines, stakeholder communication, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and AI feature adoption while ensuring high client satisfaction and scalable implementation practices.
