Develop and execute institutional strategies across integrated delivery networks and large health systems to advance hypercortisolism awareness, create screening and identification pathways, and align clinical workflows. Engage clinical and operational stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, support EMR decision-support and pathway adoption, capture institutional insights, and ensure compliance and documentation. Role focuses on system-level education and workflow change rather than product promotion.

Lead and develop a national Key Account Manager team to execute institutional partnerships, system-level workflows, EMR decision-support, and multidisciplinary stakeholder alignment across complex healthcare systems. Drive strategy, account planning, insights generation, cross-functional collaboration, protocol/pathway adoption, compliance, and operational excellence to support commercial and medical objectives.

Lead strategy and execution for thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and insight generation. Develop educational content and product theater materials, manage agencies and partnerships, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform brand and commercial strategy. Support cross-functional alignment and travel as needed.
