Supports financial operations through project setup, profitability monitoring, reconciliations, variance analysis, cash flow modeling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, state tax compliance, DCAA compliance, and audit preparation. Partners with project managers, internal finance staff, and outsourced accounting providers while responding to financial process questions and maintaining accurate documentation.

Drives communications, marketing, events, and project execution across multiple workstreams. Coordinates event strategy, logistics, vendors, venues, technology, budgets, and attendee experiences. Creates and publishes social media, website, newsletter, presentation, and thought leadership content. Tracks digital performance metrics, manages publishing operations, develops work plans, coordinates stakeholders, resolves issues, and creates contingency plans. The role is remote or hybrid and requires travel of up to 25%.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of DOE architecture‑engineering task orders, managing schedule, budget, scope, subcontract administration, design submittals, client communications, risk escalation, meetings, and project closeout while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and performing technical review (without serving as engineer of record).
