Evaluates use cases, workflows, capabilities, limitations, and implementation strategies; coordinates internal teams, manages complex projects and escalations, mentors consultants, and identifies service improvements. Applies business and commercial judgment while communicating technical concepts to varied audiences and tracking client and project metrics.

Manages multiple concurrent eDiscovery matters from initiation through delivery, serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include overseeing data collection, processing, review workflows, analytics, production, schedules, budgets, reporting, quality standards, and cross-functional resources. The role also provides consultative client support, mentors project team members, contributes to business development activities, and manages expectations across legal, IT, and client stakeholders.

Leads client-facing implementation, onboarding, workflow optimization, adoption, training, and post-implementation success for eDiscovery Managed Services clients. Builds stakeholder relationships, drives self-sufficiency and value realization, maintains documentation, provides strategic guidance, and partners with project, delivery, sales, and account teams to support retention and growth.
