Develop machine learning, AI, statistical, and predictive models using Snowflake and other data sources. Perform data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, experimentation, visualization, and quality analysis. Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data products, conversational analytics, and actionable recommendations. Lead discovery sessions, communicate insights to nontechnical audiences, mentor analysts, and support enterprise data science projects.

Supports the legal team by processing and reviewing levies, garnishments, bankruptcy filings, subpoenas, probate claims, and court documents. Responsibilities include account research, document retrieval and redaction, legal correspondence, docket monitoring, deadline verification, and maintaining accurate case records. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and multiple software systems.

Manages institutional loan purchases, sales, partner relationships, due diligence, underwriting compliance, inventory flow, and process improvement. Leads and develops the institutional lending team through coaching, training, performance management, and resource allocation. Collaborates with executives, regulators, Accounting, Portfolio Management, IT, and external loan purchasers to support lending programs, reporting, contract review, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.

Analyze workforce data and develop HR dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, visualizations, and automated reporting solutions. Identify trends across the employee lifecycle, evaluate engagement and employee programs, ensure data quality and compliance, and provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders. The role also supports employee listening strategies, reporting process improvement, data governance, and executive-level presentations.

Contact members to collect on charged-off accounts via phone, mail, and electronic communications. Process agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests. Perform skip tracing, maintain detailed account records, coordinate with collection agencies and attorneys, prepare reports, and recommend payment plans or legal actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and professional member service.

Lead national brand and integrated marketing strategy to drive member acquisition, loan and deposit growth. Build ROI frameworks, oversee creative and campaign production, apply data-driven personalization and testing, manage budgets and agency relationships, and lead a cross-functional marketing team to improve engagement and measurable business outcomes.
