Develop and grow CompassMSP’s referral and channel partner ecosystem to generate qualified opportunities, recurring revenue, and pipeline growth. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, educating partners, conducting business reviews, tracking performance in Salesforce, coordinating with sales and marketing, attending industry events, and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role focuses on managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology services partnerships.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts, phishing, vulnerabilities, and incidents for managed security clients. Conduct threat hunts, collect evidence, identify root causes, perform containment and remediation, and create incident reports and SOPs. Support deployment of security toolsets, collaborate with analysts and engineers, communicate with clients, and participate in after-hours or on-call coverage.

Leads pre-sales strategy for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and advisory services. Develops discovery methodologies, supports complex sales cycles, leads presentations and demonstrations, coordinates proposals, RFPs, pricing, and approvals, and ensures effective sales-to-delivery handoffs. Coaches sellers, manages sales enablement, improves deal execution, translates technical solutions into business value, and collaborates with technical, operational, legal, finance, and service-delivery teams.

Executes end-to-end procurement and order management, including vendor ordering, pricing and availability evaluation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, billing readiness, and credit card reconciliation. Maintains vendor relationships, updates order records, resolves order issues, and supports finance activities. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, negotiation, and familiarity with IT hardware, software, licensing, and procurement systems.
