Plans and coordinates onsite meetings, VIP events, leadership gatherings, and larger organizational events. Responsibilities include budgeting, event setup, signage, catering coordination, table presentation, process improvement, business requirements documentation, expenditure tracking, data analysis, and reporting. The role provides professional hospitality and customer care while managing multiple logistical details and supporting GMC amenities. Flexible hours, including occasional evenings, early mornings, and weekends, may be required.

Lead and mature AWS platform operations and DevOps practices, automate infrastructure and deployments, migrate complex workloads to AWS, design Kubernetes and serverless solutions, integrate AI/ML platform capabilities, troubleshoot complex systems, and coach teams while upholding organizational faith and child protection commitments.

Manage complex grant compliance and contract activities for USG and multilateral-funded projects, including review/negotiation of awards and subawards, subrecipient vetting and monitoring, procurement oversight, donor regulation guidance, capacity building, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Program teams.

Conduct prospect and donor research to support philanthropic fundraising, including wealth assessments, portfolio analysis, donor profiling, and pipeline development. Translate data into actionable recommendations, prepare research reports, collaborate with fundraising and cross-functional teams, and improve donor database and prospect management systems. Monitor philanthropy trends and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive donor information.

Leads Compassion International’s Principal and Major Gifts program, overseeing managers and relationship managers responsible for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, portfolio health, revenue forecasting, and philanthropic growth. Develops complex gift strategies, donor engagement plans, funding opportunities, and high-impact experiences. Provides coaching, succession planning, and organizational leadership while partnering cross-functionally, managing budgets, representing the organization to major supporters, and advancing annual and long-term fundraising goals. Requires Christian faith alignment, extensive fundraising expertise, executive communication, analytics proficiency, and up to 50% travel.
