Leads Compassion International’s Principal and Major Gifts program, overseeing managers and relationship managers responsible for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, portfolio health, revenue forecasting, and philanthropic growth. Develops complex gift strategies, donor engagement plans, funding opportunities, and high-impact experiences. Provides coaching, succession planning, and organizational leadership while partnering cross-functionally, managing budgets, representing the organization to major supporters, and advancing annual and long-term fundraising goals. Requires Christian faith alignment, extensive fundraising expertise, executive communication, analytics proficiency, and up to 50% travel.
Hospitality
Manages a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects to achieve fundraising revenue goals. Develops customized cultivation and stewardship campaigns, builds constituent relationships through calls, visits, presentations, and correspondence, and creates engagement strategies, forecasts, timelines, and reports.
