Chair the Compliance Committee, perform risk assessments, implement policies and corrective actions, deliver training, report metrics to leadership and the Board, and maintain expertise on healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, Anti-Kickback, Stark, FDA SaMD, ONC).

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, meet revenue targets, and drive strategic growth in healthcare solutions.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise healthcare customers in a Texas territory; build pipeline, negotiate contracts, close large ($1M+) deals, expand accounts, hit quota, and manage forecasts and customer relationships.

Manage day-to-day operations for 12+ client accounts (~$1M+ ARR), drive operational metrics and client growth, resolve escalations, standardize processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and support scaling of onboarding and RCM operations. Travel ~10-20%.
