Defines target-state architecture, modernization and decommissioning strategies, technical roadmaps, solution designs, and build specifications. Partners with executive stakeholders, resolves cross-system design decisions, evaluates build-versus-buy choices, manages risks and tradeoffs, and maintains architecture documentation. The role supports Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, CPQ, quote-to-cash, and order-to-revenue systems.
