Analyzes donor, audience, and ministry data; owns executive KPI definitions; validates dashboards and AI-generated insights; develops surveys, experiments, and statistical analyses; and partners with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations. The role also oversees privacy operations, data governance, documentation, SQL data quality processes, and responsible AI use while supporting compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related standards.

Manages day-to-day people operations, including employee data, payroll and benefits administration, multi-state leave, onboarding and offboarding, recruiting coordination, personnel files, compliance, HR policies, and team member support. The role also documents processes, creates self-service resources, reports people data to leadership, and identifies opportunities to improve and automate recurring work.
