Design and own end-to-end online graduate and professional courses by partnering with faculty and SMEs. Create outcome-driven learning experiences, assessments, and multimedia assets; ensure accessibility and copyright compliance; use learning analytics to iterate; support ProEd initiatives and contribute to design process improvements.

Coordinate and execute website content operations and project workflows for the university. Perform CMS content updates and migrations, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, project tracking, and governance. Manage post-award sponsored research finances including award setup, budget and expense monitoring, reconciliations, reporting, and closeout. Advise faculty on regulations, develop reports and templates using Banner/Cognos, train staff, and resolve account discrepancies.
