Lead PERA's visual communications as senior creative and executive producer. Manage end-to-end video production, live/hybrid event broadcasts, graphic design, brand standards, and a small creative team. Translate complex retirement and investment content into clear visual storytelling across digital, print, and events while overseeing vendors, equipment, and production workflows.

Serve as PERA's chief legal officer advising CEO, Board, and executive team on fiduciary, investments, governance, benefits, compliance, litigation, employment, and risk. Lead legal, compliance, and board-governance functions, manage internal team and outside counsel, support legislative and strategic initiatives, and ensure legal oversight of operations and investments.

Serve on Executive Leadership to lead PERA's Internal Audit Division. Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, perform audits and advisory services, report findings to the Audit Committee, manage staff hiring and development, ensure independence and adherence to audit standards, coordinate with external auditors and regulators, manage audit budget and Ethics Line, and track corrective action implementation.

Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for member/employer contributions, benefit payments, payroll, and health items; create and post contribution deposits; reconcile bank accounts and GL; audit transactions, research and resolve discrepancies; prepare year-end entries and tax reporting support; assist internal/external audits, maintain procedures, cross-train, and communicate status of unresolved issues to management.

Performs accounts receivable and general ledger tasks including posting and reconciling transactions, analyzing payments, processing billing and deposits, preparing journal and year-end entries, maintaining procedures, responding to inquiries, and cross-training to support the accounting team.

Conduct fundamental equity research, build company models, perform performance attribution, and make buy/sell/hold recommendations for global equities. Engage in sector analysis, lead due diligence, collaborate with portfolio managers, monitor external managers, mentor junior staff, and contribute macroeconomic and strategy inputs to drive fund performance.
