Manage the Executive Director's Office, provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Deputy, supervise executive assistants, coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and board materials, prepare confidential correspondence, monitor budgets, and ensure consistent, high-quality executive support across the organization.

Develop, configure, deploy, maintain, test, monitor, and improve enterprise applications and platforms (SaaS, cloud/on‑prem, AI-enabled tools, Workday). Provide lifecycle governance, administration, incident resolution, automation, integration, documentation, security and disaster recovery support. Contribute to projects, requirements gathering, and continuous operational improvements to increase reliability and user experience.

Lead ownership and engineering of critical investment platforms and data pipelines (Snowflake, Python, SQL, PowerShell). Design, implement, and optimize complex data transformations, automate manual processes, and drive operational stability. Administer servers, security/access, and documentation; participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation; mentor junior staff and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliable, audit-ready investment systems.

Lead enterprise data governance to ensure trusted, secure, and accessible data. Develop governance frameworks, drive stewardship, align stakeholders, ensure compliance, enable analytics, and promote data literacy and self-service while embedding governance into modernization efforts.

Serve as liaison between business, product, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements. Lead solution discovery, create workflows and data mappings, support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints.

Design, develop, and measure digital and in-person learning about retirement and benefits using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. Create learner-centered materials, collaborate with SMEs, manage projects, maintain content, and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and performance data.
