Own production reliability, observability, incident management, platform automation, CI/CD, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Lead enterprise observability platform selection and rollout, define SLOs and error budgets, improve incident response and MTTR, build automation and self-healing capabilities, support scalable hybrid architecture, and establish reliability practices across engineering teams. Builds complex data transformations, manages Snowflake performance, develops automated monitoring and recovery solutions, and ensures data quality, security, governance, and documentation. Owns major projects, coordinates with vendors and investment stakeholders, troubleshoots production issues, and mentors junior staff while driving continuous improvement and platform stability.

Owns and supports critical investment technology platforms, building data pipelines and automations with Python, SQL, PowerShell, Snowflake, and orchestration tools. Responsibilities include system administration, application and database maintenance, troubleshooting, access governance, technical design, project delivery, vendor coordination, documentation, and 24/7 on-call support. The role improves reliability, eliminates manual processes, and supports investment decision-making through robust systems and data operations.

Leads the design, implementation, integration, testing, security, performance management, and maintenance of end-user computing systems, with emphasis on VDI and virtualized applications. Serves as a technical SME and escalation resource, mentors EUC staff, manages patching and vulnerability reduction, supports disaster recovery, evaluates vendors and tools, and leads technical projects. The role requires expertise across endpoint management, networking, identity integration, scripting, and virtual environments.

Manages PERA’s proxy voting program and investment stewardship initiatives, including governance research, voting analysis, reporting, policy development, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder communications. Evaluates legislative, regulatory, and investor-led developments and their portfolio impacts. Supports engagements with portfolio companies, trains staff, presents to the PERA Board, and recommends process and technology improvements.
