Leads business operations and account performance for enterprise occupier accounts. Responsibilities include governance, financial forecasting, profitability analysis, KPI management, Power BI and Excel reporting, continuous improvement, supplier diversity programs, compliance controls, revenue assurance, and executive communication. The role partners with finance, procurement, transaction management, project management, and client stakeholders to improve operational performance, financial discipline, service delivery, and account growth.

Coordinates commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, renewals, relocations, expansions, and dispositions. Maintains transaction records, databases, reports, milestones, approvals, and audit trails; supports budgeting, invoicing, commissions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Provides client and stakeholder coordination, schedules meetings, prepares updates, supports governance and process improvements, and ensures documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely issue escalation across cross-functional teams.

As a Valuation Specialist, you will perform property valuations, build client relationships, collaborate across teams, and present analysis findings.
