Lead and mentor the software engineering team responsible for PSA Set Registry, a large-scale consumer web and mobile product. Drive architecture, development, delivery, code quality, release management, production troubleshooting, and technical strategy. Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while promoting agile practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive engineering culture.

Own design, build, and support of the NetSuite ERP: configure/customize modules, develop SuiteScript/SuiteFlow solutions, manage integrations (Salesforce, payments, e-commerce, shipping, data warehouse), maintain system performance and data integrity, provide user support and documentation, and partner with Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain on process-driven NetSuite implementations and reporting.

Lead architecture and reliability of the data platform, build and harden ingestion (batch and CDC), own BigQuery+dbt transformations, establish testing/observability/governance, mentor engineers, develop Python tooling and APIs, run POCs for lakehouse/open table formats, and define AI-assisted development practices.
