Use poker expertise and audience psychology to select moments, run weekly performance reviews, iterate briefs, flag boost candidates, and collaborate with creative, CRM, and ambassador teams while monitoring platform trends and algorithm changes.

Own regional partnerships P&L and grow player acquisition via affiliates, streamers, content creators, ambassadors, and event sponsorships. Source, negotiate, and manage deals (CPA, rev share, fixed, hybrid), oversee partner performance and cohort quality, coordinate with CRM/marketing, report to senior management, and hire/manage regional partnership staff as needed.
