Owns product vision, strategy, backlog, user stories, prioritization, stakeholder communication, release readiness, and Scrum ceremonies. Partners with engineering, data, customers, sales, marketing, implementation, and support teams to deliver SaaS products. Identifies and guides responsible AI and automation opportunities, defines requirements and success metrics, supports launches, and communicates product updates and resolutions.

Provide first-line and advanced support for Clubessential products (accounting, payments, membership, reporting, hardware integrations). Troubleshoot payment and device issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate when needed, monitor client health, promote product adoption, and collaborate with product and internal teams to resolve multi-system issues and improve retention.
