Design, build, and maintain backend services powering Clerkie's platform. Improve reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and support feature development. Participate in technical design, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

Software Engineering Interns will build and maintain a B2B CRM across the full stack, including Next.js and Tailwind CSS frontend interfaces, Node.js and AWS backend services, and MongoDB databases. Responsibilities include developing scalable APIs, optimizing performance, writing secure maintainable code, collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams, and contributing to architecture decisions. This is a remote-first, full-time 12-month internship with potential conversion to a full-time engineering role.

Work with PMs, designers, engineers, and leadership to support discovery, scope, and ship features across consumer and B2B SaaS products. Contribute to sprint rituals, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder communication while growing product skills in a remote startup environment.
