Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.

Manage 30+ enterprise SaaS accounts across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lead stakeholder meetings and executive QBRs, maintain customer health data in Salesforce and Planhat, own GRR and NRR outcomes, mitigate risks, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, drive platform adoption, support migrations, communicate AI capabilities, and represent customer needs internally. Travel 5–10% annually.

Serve as first contact for customers via phone, email, chat; troubleshoot and resolve software installation, configuration, integrations, licensing, and connectivity issues; manage cases to SLA, document solutions, escalate complex issues, contribute to knowledge base, and leverage AI tools to accelerate and automate support tasks.

The Senior UX Designer will create AI-driven user experiences for complex supply chain applications, conducting user research, collaborating across teams, and designing intuitive workflows.
