The role requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, understanding measurements, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and push carts throughout the workday.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, leading and developing serving staff, creating schedules, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring food presentation and service standards, and supporting meal service. Responsibilities include training servers, overseeing staffing and inventory, taking orders, assisting residents, clearing tables, and maintaining organized workstations.
