Leads Boulder SBDC operations, staff, advising, training, partnerships, budgets, fundraising, grant compliance, and performance reporting. Develops strategic plans and programs supporting small businesses, manages statewide initiatives, oversees financial and operational activities, and represents the SBDC with government, community, media, and economic development partners. The role also participates in client advising, workshops, audits, disaster recovery assistance, and statewide and national events.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Boulder Municipal Court, including scheduling, meeting coordination, customer service, compiling statistical data, supporting committees and special projects, and attending required training.

Process and audit HR transactions and timekeeping (≈50% time), support recruitment/onboarding, maintain confidential employee records, perform data audits, assist with HR system testing and documentation, provide customer service to employees and managers, coordinate events and vendor setup, and support HR projects and process improvements.

Provide HR support and guidance across a broad range of HR matters, process HRIS transactions (position management, onboarding, compensation changes), audit data for accuracy, handle employee and applicant inquiries, develop process documentation, and collaborate with HR teams on projects to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

Manage and supervise downtown park operations and staff, oversee landscape, turf, irrigation, water conservation, budgets, equipment, safety, event coordination, and emergency response. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure specialized facilities and playground safety standards are met.
