Part-time learner supporting accounts payable: code corporate card transactions, process employee reimbursements and vendor invoices in Tipalti, export transactions to NetSuite, maintain accounting inbox, assist month-end close, and perform ad-hoc AP projects and analysis.

Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations including invoicing, cash application, credit memo entries, AR aging and deductions reconciliations. Assist revenue and trade accountants with month-end reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and ad-hoc analyses to surface revenue and trade spend variances and process improvements.

Support day-to-day business systems operations with focus on EDI monitoring, NetSuite testing/validation, data cleanup, and issue resolution. Investigate EDI and flat-file data issues, execute test cases, perform pre/post-deployment and regression testing, document results, and provide backup NetSuite admin and operational ownership across processes.

Lead R&D technical strategy and commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers. Drive process improvements, plant trials, validations, and quality/cost optimization. Build and coach an R&D team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and solve plant-level manufacturing challenges to improve yield, throughput, and product consistency.

Own operational account activities for Target and Aldi including forecasting, PO execution, portal/catalog management (POL), replenishment/WOS monitoring, data pulls and analysis (Target POL, SPINS), promotional/display submissions, weekly recaps, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, operations, marketing, and accounts receivable to support sales growth and issue resolution.
