Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT for sub-acute inpatient rehab patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with laws, regulations, and facility standards during a 13–16 week temporary assignment.

Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals; set up and clean dining areas; assist with food preparation, storing, and labeling; follow food handling procedures and comply with health and safety standards while providing customer-focused service.

Provide case management services including patient placement referrals, assessments, care planning, maintaining patient records, performing audits, and related duties to support patient care coordination.
