Owns the Genesys Cloud CX platform roadmap, backlog, configuration, integrations, call flows, reporting, and release management. Designs and deploys Architect flows, IVRs, bots, routing, and APIs while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Partners with Operations, IT, and Analytics to define requirements, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. Serves as the technical escalation point, leads root-cause analysis, manages platform documentation, and coaches Genesys team members.

Leads cross-functional operational transformation initiatives from intake through implementation and stabilization. The role manages scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, adoption, and benefit measurement. It coordinates business, technology, product, and operational teams; drives process improvement and organizational readiness; facilitates decision-making; and coaches an initiative coordinator. The position requires at least five years of experience leading complex initiatives, technology-enabled transformations, or process improvement programs.
