Provides administrative and operational support for a nonprofit Indigenous stewardship network. Responsibilities include office and records management, scheduling, correspondence, financial administration, donor and grant support, HR assistance, program logistics, communications, board governance, and compliance. Requires nonprofit or comparable administrative experience, preferably with Tribal or Native organizations, plus proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience processing invoices and reconciling bank statements.

Manage annual giving campaigns, donor portfolios, and direct solicitations while developing relationships with individual and institutional funders. Lead grant proposal and report writing, prospect research, peer-to-peer campaigns, recurring and middle-donor strategies, and donor stewardship activities. Coordinate with leadership, communications, programs, and development operations to support fundraising goals, maintain accurate records, and expand institutional funding pipelines. Represent the organization at donor meetings, events, funder convenings, and occasional site visits.

Lead and manage TransLash's podcast department, supervising senior producers, overseeing project intake, editorial review, scheduling, budgeting, and workflow systems. Set creative direction with executive producers, ensure factual and editorial standards, coordinate cross-functional storytelling, manage external partnerships, and deliver projects on time and on scope while coaching staff and refining production processes.
