Manage financial and contractual success of multifamily/build-to-rent construction projects. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors; track schedules, budgets, change orders, pay applications, and meeting minutes; maintain project documentation and logs; lead project teams and ensure conformity with contract scope and performance requirements.

Lead development and adoption of companywide operational playbooks and SOPs, partner with the COO and technology teams to align systems (e.g., Procore) with workflows, drive operational reporting and risk reviews, capture lessons learned, and support training and change adoption to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery across business units.

Support the Project Manager with subcontractor buyout, scheduling, purchasing, documentation, submittals, RFIs, change order review, budget reporting, and project closeout. Maintain project logs, communicate with stakeholders, enforce site safety, and assist in resolving schedule conflicts to help deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Provide broad legal support with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating prime and subcontract construction contracts; manage disputes and litigation; oversee outside counsel; advise executive leadership and HR on legal and compliance matters; maintain contract templates and playbooks; deliver training; and support corporate transactions and risk mitigation across operations.

Support construction projects by managing contracts, documentation, procurement, subcontractor relations, owner/architect meetings, pay applications, schedules, and change orders to ensure project conformity and timely execution.
