Field-based commercial leader responsible for driving regional and national adoption of MI Clarity. Build and coach an Account Executive team, develop go-to-market and account strategies, engage clinical and executive stakeholders, optimize pathology workflows, support product launches, ensure forecasting and CRM use, and provide market intelligence to expand utilization and revenue in oncology and health system accounts.

Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity prognostic assay by educating oncology stakeholders, integrating the assay into clinical workflows, executing territory and account plans, building clinician relationships, tracking utilization, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating cross-functionally to support customer success and compliance.

Build and manage automated ETL integrations from customer EMRs, billing, and warehouses into Caris systems. Lead data discovery, validation, and architectural design for clinical informatics and BI. Gather technical requirements, implement access via FHIR/HL7/APIs or direct DB, assemble large clinical datasets, and deliver dashboard-ready data for business users.

Manage the roadmap and commercialization of liquid oncology products within an assigned geography. Drive product adoption, deliver growth objectives, support sales and clinical engagement, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, provide post-sales service, and maintain relationships with hospital, lab, and IDN customers. Spend majority of time (~75%) in field meetings and support trade shows and clinical ordering/interpretation.

Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable Linux infrastructure across on-prem and AWS with primary focus on Kubernetes/EKS. Build and automate IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), monitoring/alerting, cluster upgrades, autoscaling, security hardening, multi-tenant isolation, and disaster recovery. Support container builds, GitLab Runners, RDS databases, compliance (SOX/SOC2), incident response, and on-call rotations while collaborating with development and QA teams to improve reliability and operational standards.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, drive cloud migrations and IaC, build GitOps/CI-CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab CI), implement observability and security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, SOX), mentor engineers, lead PoCs, and manage incident response and on-call for critical cloud infrastructure.
