Supports healthcare revenue cycle operations, including claim submission, denial and accounts receivable follow-up, payment posting, credentialing, eligibility verification, reconciliation, and billing documentation. Tracks RCM metrics, communicates with payers and internal teams, resolves account issues, and supports process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
