This role involves managing the discovery and requirements for a workforce development SaaS platform, gathering client workflows, writing user stories, and supporting delivery through testing and implementation.

The Director of Workforce Transformation will partner with state leaders to redesign workflows for workforce services, oversee the implementation of software solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery to job seekers and employers, driving measurable outcomes in workforce development.

Provide virtual customer support and onboarding for the Career Edge app and website, facilitate online workshops and orientations, run digital outreach campaigns, assist participants with online intakes and applications, document engagement in reporting databases, and deliver concierge-level remote assistance via chat, email, and video calls.

Supervise accounting team and oversee financial activities across multiple projects, including invoicing, budgets, forecasts, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Ensure GAAP compliance, grant/WIOA policy adherence, process improvements, and provide financial reporting and insights to leadership and external partners. Maintain confidentiality and meet PST business hours.
