Audit incoming warehouse loads for quality and compliance, document violations with photos, identify root causes via tablet procedures, enter findings into multiple software systems, and report results to management while working third shift in multi-temperature environments.

Supervises warehouse inventory quality and vendor compliance operations, leading employees, allocating work, monitoring productivity, managing payroll, and enforcing safety and housekeeping standards. Ensures inventory accuracy, identifies and corrects compliance issues, documents vendor fines, processes compliance reports, and coordinates label orders. The role requires hands-on distribution center leadership, employee training and coaching, quality control, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments.

Performs warehouse duties including order selection, loading, unloading, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring lifting and carrying 25–75 pounds. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates.
