Lead advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling. Deliver business metrics, trend and profitability analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management using data analytics and enterprise financial systems.

Own FilmFreeway growth across email lifecycle and paid acquisition while partnering on SEO. Build and optimize email campaigns and lifecycle flows, run paid across major platforms, produce and test creative, track ROAS/CAC/LTV, analyze funnel metrics, manage budgets and seasonal pushes, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to iterate quickly using automation and analytics.

Serve as a technical anchor shaping architecture, modernizing legacy systems, and driving AI-driven development. Build MCP servers and AI skills, improve CI/CD, observability, and quality engineering, mentor engineers, promote AI tooling adoption, and align technical strategy with product delivery.

Lead QA strategy and teams to design, build, and scale automation frameworks for web, API, integration, and mobile web testing. Partner with cross-functional and senior leaders to deliver insights, drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes, and leverage data analytics and AI tools to inform strategic decisions and identify risks and opportunities.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics data models from structured and event-level data. Transform clickstream/telemetry into user-level journeys, implement dbt transformations in a cloud warehouse (Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery), develop reverse ETL workflows, enforce CI/CD/version control and automated data quality tests, and partner with BI, marketing, and product to deliver dashboards and attribution reporting.
