Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

Through automatic payroll deductions, you may contribute up to 50% of your Annual Benefits Salary (base salary, shift differential, bonuses, commission, incentives and overtime) to your account.

Capital One automatically provides full-time associates with Short-Term Disability and Basic Long-Term Disability coverage at no cost. You have the option to purchase Supplemental Long-Term Disability
