Provides clinical and technical implementation support for client software, hardware, and EHR solutions. Configures systems to meet clinical workflows, conducts integration and system testing, troubleshoots issues, develops test scripts, gathers requirements, and collaborates with development and engineering teams. Manages implementation risks, project milestones, documentation, training, and end-user support. Requires clinical expertise, behavioral healthcare experience, EHR proficiency, and software knowledge.

Provides remote technical and application support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, access, and system issues. Responds to requests through phone, email, and online channels; documents and tracks incidents; dispatches unresolved issues; communicates IT policies; collaborates with technical, network, engineering, development, and vendor teams; and recommends system and process improvements.

Provides first-line application and technical support through calls, emails, and online requests. Gathers information, documents and tracks service requests, troubleshoots common hardware, software, network, and application issues using scripts and documentation, and escalates complex problems. The role requires strong customer service, organization, technical aptitude, and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.

Implements and configures revenue cycle management and healthcare billing software for external customers. Works with clients, development, and engineering teams to define requirements, conduct integration and system testing, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, manage implementation risks and milestones, and provide training and post-implementation support. Requires strong RCM, healthcare billing, EMR, technical troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Designs, maintains, and modernizes production system integrations and customer-hosted Linux infrastructure. Responsibilities include data interfaces, monitoring, troubleshooting, releases, backups, disaster recovery, security, migrations, CI/CD adoption, documentation, customer coordination, and on-call support. The role works with legacy systems in healthcare environments under HIPAA requirements and uses Claude Code for scripting and code review. It requires strong Linux administration, Bash scripting, Git, build and release management, secure data transfer, and production systems experience.
