Provides expert technical support and product guidance for refractory products and applications. Develops lining designs, installation methods, product development business cases, launch plans, promotions, and technical marketing strategies. Conducts market and portfolio analysis, supports product rationalization, trains customers and internal teams, investigates product complaints with R&D, and presents at industry events.

Manages transportation load tendering, order dispatch, shipping documentation, freight invoice auditing and payment, logistics metrics, carrier communications, freight claims, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures cost-effective transportation while meeting delivery objectives. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with transportation planning experience and proficiency in Excel, Oracle/OTM, and related logistics software.

Manages end-to-end customer relationships for manufacturing accounts, including customer records, credit terms, quotes, orders, order status, expediting, CRM updates, and complaints. Owns just-in-time supply chain programs and partners with sales, product management, supply planning, demand planning, and scheduling teams on forecasts, reorder points, material availability, and commercial opportunities. Performs inside sales follow-up and customer check-ins while maintaining accurate delivery-related system data.
