Designs and leads manufacturing process improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma and engineering best practices. Supports multiple plants, analyzes data, develops standard work, prepares cost justifications, trains staff, and drives OEE, safety, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Consult with steel customers to optimize furnace operations (BOF/EAF/AOD), analyze slag chemistry and refractory performance, collect operational data, support trials and refractory installations, write reports and recommendations, and create/present EAF best-practice SOPs.

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes across multiple sites using Lean/Six Sigma and OEE metrics. Lead process and capital projects, develop standard work, train staff, prepare cost justifications and reports, and drive continuous improvement and quality to reduce cost and improve customer experience.

Provide expert technical support and product/application guidance for refractory products; develop market growth strategies, product launches, promotions, and business cases; perform application analysis, collaborate on failure investigations, conduct market and portfolio analysis, and present at industry events.

Serve as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, lead or support implementations, create system specifications and test plans, troubleshoot issues, and drive system and process improvements for Supply Chain Execution within a manufacturing environment.
