Assists the Clinical Supervisor in leading an ABA therapy department, supervising BCBAs and RBTs, monitoring clinical procedures, auditing documentation, conducting evaluations, supporting staff training, and coordinating client care. Provides direct therapy, treatment planning, consultations, and coaching while maintaining clinical, ethical, safety, and documentation standards. Collaborates with families, behavioral technicians, speech and occupational therapists, and operations staff. Requires a master's degree, BACB certification, applicable state licensure, and clinical experience.

Provides clinical oversight for ABA therapy programs, develops treatment plans, conducts assessments, trains caregivers, supervises RBTs, and mentors interns and other trainees toward BCBA certification. Ensures BACB-compliant supervision, accurate documentation, billable-hour completion, quality service delivery, and compliance with organizational standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
