Owns day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, manager coaching, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement. The role advises managers, conducts routine investigations, maintains Paycom and personnel systems, coordinates people programs, and improves policies, workflows, training, and communications. It requires independent judgment while partnering with the Director of People and Volunteer Engagement on complex or high-risk matters.
