Lead customer implementations for a SaaS business management platform: manage kickoff, configure custom templates and workflows, deliver virtual training, track milestones, resolve technical issues, analyze onboarding data, and optimize processes to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction.

Own and scale Builder Prime's demand engine: set channel mix and budget, drive paid-media diversification, optimize funnel metrics and attribution, run ABX targeting, align lead-to-sale handoffs with sales/SDR, manage agency partners, and build reporting to increase sourced pipeline and move lead mix upmarket.

Own day-to-day RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Rebuild and govern HubSpot and GTM data models, automate pipelines and workflows, build trusted dashboards, partner with GTM leaders, evaluate and manage GTM stack and AI tooling, and drive data-driven decision making to improve pipeline, retention, and expansion.
