Maintain cleanliness and safety of resort public areas (lobbies, pools, fitness centers, outdoor spaces). Restock supplies, remove waste, report maintenance/lost-and-found items, operate cleaning equipment (including UV light), assist housekeeping, perform deep and seasonal cleaning, and support sustainability and property tasks like power washing and snow removal.

Provide licensed cosmetology services (manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing), consult guests, upsell retail and services, maintain sanitation and supplies, document preferences, attend trainings, and support spa operations and sustainability initiatives.

The role involves engaging with customers, communicating vacation ownership benefits, scheduling presentations, and managing promotional displays.
